RETURN POLICY
Currently, all return requests are officially handled via email so that proper documentation can be retained. Please note that all return requests will be subject to review by our team. Additional information may be required in order to approve or deny your request.
RETURN POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Kaibo Audio offers a 45-day return period from the purchase date, for items purchased via our website. To ensure we approve your return request, please make sure the headphones are in new or good condition and have not been damaged due to use. We will request that you return the headphones with all included accessories and in its original packaging.
If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label via email, to be printed and affixed to your return package. Your refund will not be initiated until we have received and checked the item at our designated facility. Please note that $5 per item will be deducted from your refund amount to help us cover the cost of shipping and handling, and that it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
